STATE SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Each state's direct shipping law is unique in the amount of alcohol legally allowed to be delivered to its residents. As a result, Pine Ridge is not able to ship wine to every state, even in limited amounts.


Pine Ridge can only ship to the following states, in the following amounts:  


AK: Unlimited to non-dry zip codes
AZ: Unlimited. Orders will take 3-4 weeks to arrive.
CA: Unlimited
CO: Unlimited

CT:  2 cases per person every 2 months.  Orders will take 3-4 weeks to arrive.
DC: 1 case per person per month.
FL:  Unlimited

GA: 12 cases per person per year
HI: 6 cases per person per year
ID: 24 cases per person per year
IL: 12 cases per person per year
IN: 24 cases per person per year. 
IA: 2 cases per person per month

LA: 4 cases per person per year
MA: 26 cases per person per year. Orders will take 3-4 weeks to arrive.
MI: Unlimited
MN: 2 cases per per person year
MO: 2 cases per person per month
NE: 1 case per month per person
NV: 12 cases per person per year
NH: 5 cases per year per person; no large formats
NJ: Unlimited. Orders will take 3-4 weeks to arrive.
NM: 2 cases per person per month
NY: 36 cases per person per year
NC: 2 cases per person per month
ND: 3 cases per person per month
OH: Unlimited. 

OR: 2 cases per person per month 
SC: 2 cases per person per month
TX: 15 bottles per person per 30 days
VT: 12 cases per person per year
VA: 2 cases per person per month
WA: Unlimited
WV: 2 cases per person per year
WI: 12 cases per person per year
WY: 2 cases per person per month

DELIVERY

In order to guarantee proper temperature control of the wine during shipping, we ship as many orders as possible on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. This shipping policy ensures the wine is delivered by Friday and is not stored in a non-temperature controlled warehouse over a weekend period. For most orders, allow 7-10 days for delivery. For wines being shipped to AZ, IN, MA, NJ and DC: Orders will arrive in three to four weeks. Please call Pine Ridge at 800-486-0503 x737 for more information. 

Alcoholic beverages may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. And in placing an order, the buyer represents to Pine Ridge Winery that the buyer is at least 21 years old and the person to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years old. When the wine is delivered, the person receiving the delivery may be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old.

By law, a signature is required for delivery of wine. No wines will be left on porches and/or doorsteps. Therefore, we recommend that a daytime/business address is provided for shipping of wines. This also insures the wine is not left in a non-temperature-controlled environment until you return home.

Pine Ridge Winery makes no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wine into any state outside of California.

1-4 bottles:  $21.00

5-8 bottles:  $28.00

9-12 bottles:  $33.00

2-Day Air - available in most states (see above) except for 3-tier states (AZ, IN, MA, NJ and DC)

1-4 bottles:  $32.00 (AK, HI:  $28.00)

5-8 bottles:  $40.00 (AK, HI:  $42.00)
